This evolved from my You Tube channel about rebuilding of a 1996 Landrover Defender. It had spent a lonely 7 years rotting away in a garden.

My projects are diverse and cover a wide range of topics, from health and fitness to motivation and personal growth. I believe in living a holistic lifestyle and constantly pushing myself to learn and grow.
I am particularly passionate about the rebuild of my Land Rover Defender, which has been a labor of love and an ongoing project that has taught me valuable skills and lessons. Alongside that, I am also interested in exploring the health benefits of mushrooms and incorporating them into my daily routine.
In addition to these projects, I also prioritise my physical and mental health through regular exercise and motivation practices. I believe in cultivating a positive mindset and taking care of oneself both inside and out.
